Marcella-Penny Kowalchuk is a Human Resources Leadership Consultant with over 20 years of experience in strategic workforce planning, labor law compliance, and business operations. She specializes in helping organizations navigate workplace challenges by assessing priorities, co-creating action plans, and integrating industry-leading HR practices.
Her expertise spans employee engagement, performance management, workplace accommodations, talent acquisition, union/labor relations, and workplace investigations. Marcella is a trusted advisor for small business owners, assisting them in understanding employment standards, mitigating legal risks, and fostering fair work environments. She also serves as a professor, teaching HR and business administration courses. As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and HRPA member, she holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management alongside training in workplace investigations, management development, psychological health and safety, and organizational design.
